Modern Sewing Machine Kit - Melinda
This is a kit made as part of the #Makerforquilters program.
Meet Melinda, a modern, sassy gal who takes after my own heart. If you’ve always wanted to have a sewing machine quilt to play with, but you sew on a modern machine, it’s time you met Melinda.
This kit is an updated sewing machine, ready for your embellishment or your stitching. This kit has 3 pieces - the flyweel is a third, seperate piece. The 100% cotton background, which measures approximately 17” x 17”; the machine applique itself is cut using my electronic cutter, and pre-fused with Mistyfuse. Once the piece is fused, you will need to stitch the piece to the background. This is all set for your embellishment or your quilting skills, you can let your creativity run with this.
