Monday Musings - Where did the week go?

Greetings - a brief Monday Musings entry tonight is all I have for you.  We have a wedding coming up next month, and it seems like last week was a blurr of wedding prep and impending deadlines.  A didn't even know that I had written a blog post about the Tiny Quilt Challenge until I came here.Let's just say that Plan A didn't work out quite the way I wanted, and I' onto plan B.  Not all quilting techniques adapt easily to all fabric selections - the technique I used is called interleave, and I am looking forward to giving it a go on the next challenge.I posted this picture on Instagram yesterday, and my challenge on these two items will be to make something - other than a mug rug - with them. The fabric is good, and it's quilted...something for me to work out on my morning walk tomorrow.So (and this is a metaphor for last week), we keep going forward, with plans that look very different from what we originally thought.  There is one more hurdle with this tiny quilt - and then I will be able to put it into the 'binding bag' for vacation.Onto the next project - until next timeLinda
