Some Wyse Talk - with Jan Doyle

A little Q + A about what’s coming in 2023…

Jan Doyle and I met several years ago when I came to speak at one of her quilt guilds, and I’ve been a longtime admirer of her work - with a needle, a microphone or a camera. She is a very talented woman to work with, and she has a very infectious laugh. Fate placed me next to her at last fall’s Meet the Teachers event, and before the day was done, I had an invitation to be a guest on her show. That gave me the chance to jump into 2023 with a splash, and to share that interview with her here on the blog.

It felt faintly familiar to me, but it’s an entirely different experience to be the subject, not the moderator. To me, it’s a bit like the difference between being the passenger and then the driver - but it’s a skill (like many others) that is on my not so short list to improve over 2023.

I do have some Breaking News to share which is touched on in the interview. I am looking forward to Experiencing all that this year has to offer.

Jan gave me the opportunity to talk about a few other things as well. To learn more about the Programs and Presentations that I offer to guilds, please visit the work with me tab on this site.

Next week, there’ll be another blog post live on Tuesday which will cover how I decided to upgrade and update (there is a theme going on here!) my Vision Board. I hope you’ll come back and visit me again.

What do you have on your list for 2023?

Until next time…

Linda
